Are you Curious ?
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and maximizing sales performance across key market segments. You will represent the hotel and the Curio Collection by Hilton brand with professionalism while delivering exceptional service and creating long-term value for our guests and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, leisure, group and MICE clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, networking and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, site inspections and presentations to promote the hotel's products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with hotel policies and revenue objectives.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify potential revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account management and business opportunities within designated systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis for hotel management.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets while supporting the hotel's overall commercial objectives.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities when required.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel and the Curio Collection by Hilton brand at all times.
What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably within an international hotel brand.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and achieve revenue targets.
- Knowledge of corporate, group and MICE sales segments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the luxury or upscale hospitality segment.
- Knowledge of the local market and established business network.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
- Experience working with Hilton systems and commercial tools.
