About Job

Hannover Fairs Turkey and MENA Fuarcılık is responsible for the planning, organizing and implementing of the shows of Deutsche Messe AG in Turkey. This position reports directly to the Head of Project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the fair, exhibition, event, or trade show industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in field sales and account management.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Experience using AI-based sales tools and CRM systems for lead generation is highly preferred.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- No travel restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for space sales of existing and new local and international fair projects.
- Track and report on sales progress to Head of Project
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential exhibitors. Helping them find the ideal space
- Conducting a thorough analysis of potential exhibitors in related B2B sectors
- Ensure coordination and communication with internal, external and managing partners
- Providing efficient sales strategy according to yearly budgets and targets
- Manage the day-to-day performance of all sales operations and deliver reviews
- Attend trade fairs and exhibitions when necessary to engage with clients
- Stay updated about trends in the specific sectors related to the fair
- Collaborate with team members and assist in both layouts and configurations
- Provide exceptional service to exhibitors before, during and after the fair, addressing any questions or concerns
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop long-term client relationships
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand the company’s exhibitor portfolio
- Conduct active field sales activities and client visits
- Utilize AI tools for lead generation and sales process optimization
- Generate qualified leads through digital platforms and data-driven sales strategies.
