To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a temporary Import Customer Representative who will be a member of Customer Service department, in our Izmir office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience in a liner shipping or freight forwarding is a plus
• Experience in import customs procedures in liner shipping is a plus
• Being customer and service oriented, having attention to details
• Systematic and efficient way of working
• Good team player
• Open for changes and improvement
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Identifies the route that will move containers from the beginning to the ending location.
• Prepares and provides all necessary documents to the related offices such as invoices, bills of lading.
• Addresses customer problems and deals directly with customers regarding their shipment.
• Monitors workflow to assure that all required actions are done in a timely manner.
• Works with related departments.
• Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments.
