Role Description 

• The Proposal Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Istanbul. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process, including reviewing RFPs, coordinating requirements, and preparing compliant, compelling proposal documents. 
• Day-to-day tasks include gathering information from internal teams, drafting and editing technical and commercial proposal content, and ensuring consistency with corporate standards and brand guidelines. 
• The Proposal Specialist works closely with sales, project management, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and pricing, track proposal timelines, and maintain an organized library of proposal materials. 
• The role also involves monitoring tender platforms, supporting continuous improvement of proposal templates and processes, and contributing to reporting on proposal outcomes and win rates.

Qualifications

• Strong proposal management skills, including end-to-end coordination of proposal activities and adherence to deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience in proposal writing and creating clear, persuasive content for technical and commercial submissions.
• Solid understanding of RFP processes, tender requirements, and compliance with public and private procurement rules.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex information clearly.
• Project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and tracking multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with proposal or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, especially for international tender work.
• Interest in or experience with sports infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
