QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position or audit positions (preferred Big4 experience)

• Upper intermediate level of English

• Ability to understand and clearly articulate the story behind the numbers

• High level of curiosity and willingness to find, question and fix the inconsistencies in numbers

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

• Motivated to create new processes to drive excellency in controlling and reporting

• Ability to meet and establish deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation of monthly financial and operational reports to be sent to HQ and managers

• Analyzing of key performance indicators (KPI) by establishing effective communication with other departments

• Questionning and fixing consistency between key performance indicators (KPI) and financial costs

• Ensuring right assignment of all profit & loss items to the right  cost centers, business areas and service types

• Coordination of all departments for the preparation of company budget by giving them the necessary support and ensuring that all budget tools are completed correctly

• Analysis of  variances from the budget and / or from the previous periods and communication of significant issues to the management

• Establishing internal communication with managers to share the produced reports

• Execution of internal controlling plans

• Organization of periodic inventory counts

• Working with Finance Team in Poland and Global Controlling Team in Germany
