Requirements

• University degree from Faculty of Engineering, preferably civil, mechanical engineering
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years’ planning experience in industrial plants / oil & gas / industrial water treatment projects
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
• Excellent command of MS Office applications and AutoCad
• Open to change and development
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills
• Good in planning and organization, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to live in Aliağa or İzmir
• Active Driver (B Class)

Responsibilities

• Client’s progress payments preparation
• Subcontractor’s progress payments execution
• Documentation and bills of quantities preparation
• Subcontracts preparation
• Claims, variation orders and potential change orders preparation
• Cost planning, cost analysis
• Quantity survey
• Able to generate budgets, cash flows and reports
• Budget estimates, providing from all datas (Labour, machinery leasing, invoices, interims, etc)
• Provide critical assesment of all budgets and cost projections
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
• Analyze invoices and ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
