Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Law,
• LL.M. degree is an asset,
• 5 years of professional experience (after internship & full capacity),
• Knowledge and experience in Corporate & Commercial Law, Law on Protection of
• Personal Data, Banking Law, Competition Law (Multinational Commercial Law is an asset)
• Experience in legal & commercial negotiations, facility & restructuring agreements and other bank related agreements,
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in English – Full Professional Proficiency (extra foreign language is an asset),
• Advance level knowledge of MS Office programs, (UYAP knowledge is an asset)
• Ability&enthusiasm to work under challenging conditions,
• Fast-learner, team-player,
• Strong sense of responsibility, when required willingness to take initiative,
• Strong planning and organization skills,
• Analytical thinking, fast in action with detailed planning.

 What do we expect?

• Working within the legal department of the holding performing delegated tasks.
• Performing all tasks and responsibilities including executing, coordinating, managing and following up all matters related to agreements&contracts, facility and other bank related agreements of the companies
• Drafting, reviewing and executing corporate documents (General Assembly Minutes, BoD Resolutions, internal directives, signature circulars etc.), following up corporate secretarial processes and other required registration steps,
• Representing the company as a lawyer before governmental organizations, private institutions, individuals and courts.
• Following up the new laws, regulations related to companies’ major activities.
• Drafting, negotiating and evaluating sales & project contracts, procurement agreements and all types of commercial contracts.
• Drafting and reviewing legal opinions, internal reports and petitions.
• Monitoring PPD (KVKK) process of the companies, drafting & executing amendments when required.
• Drafting official correspondences with public authorities.
• Performing legal research.
