About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Financial Accountant to lead our financial operations in Türkiye. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with local regulations, managing accounting processes, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• Minimum of 2 years, maximum of 10 years of experience in an Accounting and Finance Manager position.
• Proficiency in English (Good) and German (Intermediate).
• In-office working type.
• Possession of a valid B driver's license.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accounting and finance department.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage cash flow and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Utilize financial reporting, general accounting, tax legislation, budget planning and reporting, cash management, andMikro Jump skills effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
