We are expanding our team for an exciting large-scale Mixed Use Development project and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of POWER BI EXPERT & REPORT WRITER.

Qualifications and professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems – Mandatory, 
• Data Modeling & DAX (advanced measures, calculated tables) – Mandatory, 
• SQL for reporting and data extraction – Strongly Preferred, 
• Integration with Primavera P6 / cost systems (PMIS exposure) – Preferred, 
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) – Mandatory, 
• Power BI governance, performance optimization, and security (RLS) – Advantage,  

Professional Experience in:

• PMC, or project controls reporting environment, 
• Primavera P6, cost, schedule, risk, and change control, 
• 7+ years: Program Controls Manager, 
• At least 3 years hands-on Power BI development Previous experience in project/program controls with PMC/Owner’s experience on major programs is highly recommended, 
• Experience supporting executive or steering-committee reporting, 
• Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments.
