If you’re a student in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering, this is your opportunity to gain real-world experience in one of the world’s leading energy technology companies. Join us for a part-time, hands-on journey where you’ll work alongside experts, contribute to impactful projects, and deepen your understanding of the energy industry.

Who Can Apply?

•     Undergraduate students who expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028 in relevant engineering fields (3rd or 4th grade students)
•     Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week
•     Able to communicate in English in an advance level 
•     Eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us

How you will make impact:

• Join a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and international colleagues within the Trainee community and contribute to the energy transition
• Participation in trainings to improve personal and technical skills
• Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor
• Ensure effective communication within the Transformers and the other internal customers to identify and discuss issues, make suggestions for improving operations, quality of work, and efficiency.
