Hobi Kozmetik İmalat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is looking for an experienced "Business Development Manager – Private Label (Export Markets)" to strengthen our international business operations and support the continuous growth of our Private Label Business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, leading New Product Development (NPD) projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle—from customer inquiry to successful product launch and delivery.

This role requires close collaboration with R&D, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Global Sales teams while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, Export Sales, or International Customer Management, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in Private Label Business management.
  • Solid knowledge of international trade and export operations.
  • Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) projects.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management in international markets.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Customer Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with international Private Label customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in export markets.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare customer quotations.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with international customers.
  • Organize customer visits, business meetings, and online presentations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address customer needs.


New Product Development (NPD)

  • Manage New Product Development projects from concept to commercialization.
  • Coordinate formulation development activities with the R&D department.
  • Coordinate Packaging Material Development processes with related department.
  • Coordinate sample preparation and customer approval stages.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
  • Provide regular project status updates to customers.


SAP & Master Data Management

  • Coordinate SAP master data creation for new products.
  • Manage Product Hierarchy creation processes.
  • Coordinate Bulk Code creation.
  • Oversee Finished Goods (FG) Bill of Materials (BOM) creation.
  • Ensure the accuracy of product master data.
  • Coordinate product revisions and system updates.


Order & Operations Management

  • Coordinate customer order processing.
  • Manage Proforma Invoice preparation.
  • Follow up Order Number and Delivery Number creation.
  • Ensure smooth order execution in cooperation with Production Planning.
  • Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Coordinate order release and shipment readiness.


Export & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
  • Monitor shipment planning and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate export documentation processes.
  • Follow up preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.


Project Management

  • Manage multiple international customer projects simultaneously.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop action plans to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
