Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Marketing Supervisor to join the team at Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy. In this role, you will craft and execute marketing initiatives that reflect our brand’s values, drive business results, and position our hotel as a preferred destination for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services, events, SPA and F&B outlets.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, online platforms and website content updates.

• Create engaging and on-brand content to enhance guest engagement and attract new audiences.

• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to design campaigns that align with business goals.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate with external partners and agencies to optimize marketing efforts.

• Oversee the organization and promotion of hotel events and activations.

• Ensure all marketing materials align with Hyatt brand standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including META, Linkedin, Koddi, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM strategies.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva).

• Passion for hospitality and understanding of luxury brand positioning.
