For our manufacturing facility located in Kapaklı / Tekirdağ, we are looking for a “Hygiene & Quality Audit Responsible” to coordinate hygiene and quality management processes, support international audit requirements and ensure compliance with customer standards.

Please note that advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for this position, as the role requires regular communication with international customers, auditors and overseas teams.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably Textile, Chemical, Industrial or Food Engineering,
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, hygiene management, quality systems or auditing,
• Experience in ISO 9001, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), IFS HPC or similar quality and hygiene management systems,
• Experience or knowledge of EDANA Quality and Audit Programme (QAP) is highly preferred,
• Experience in internal/external audits, customer audits and audit preparation processes,
• Knowledge of hygiene standards, contamination prevention and production area hygiene controls,
• Experience in quality documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk assessments and corrective action management,
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, non-conformity management and continuous improvement processes,
• Good command of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel,
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills,
• Detail-oriented, responsible and solution-focused,
• Able to communicate effectively with international customers, auditors and internal departments,
• Preferably experienced in textile, nonwoven, personal hygiene, cosmetic, medical consumables or related manufacturing industries,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or Saray.

• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinate the company's hygiene and quality compliance processes in line with international standards and customer requirements,
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the EDANA Quality and Audit Programme (QAP) requirements,
• Coordinate and support ISO 9001, EDANA QAP and other relevant quality and hygiene audits,
• Prepare the manufacturing facility for internal, external and customer-specific audits,
• Coordinate audit schedules, documentation, site preparation and communication with customers and third-party auditors,
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and assess compliance with hygiene requirements in production, storage and other relevant areas,
• Monitor hygiene practices, cleaning procedures, contamination prevention measures and workplace hygiene conditions,
• Prepare, review and maintain hygiene and quality procedures, instructions, checklists and audit records,
• Identify hygiene and quality risks, report non-conformities and coordinate preventive and corrective actions,
• Conduct root cause analysis and follow up Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with relevant departments,
• Ensure audit findings are addressed within the required deadlines and maintain supporting evidence,
• Monitor the implementation of customer quality and hygiene requirements throughout relevant production processes,
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, EHS and other departments to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards,
• Organize and support employee training and awareness activities related to hygiene, contamination prevention and quality requirements,
• Prepare periodic hygiene inspection reports, audit summaries and improvement plans for management,
• Follow developments in hygiene and quality standards, customer requirements and relevant regulations, and coordinate necessary updates.
