  Qualifications 

• University degree (BS/MS) preferably in Social Sciences, (Labor Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management,etc) & related engineering faculties,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, coordination and effective interpersonal skills.
  
• Knowledge of labor law and union law.
  
• Able to work with agencies & suppliers (3th parties).
  
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills will be an asset.
  
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  
• Proactive, attention to details and well time management.
  
• Excellent MS Office applications.
  
• Team work oriented and open minded.
  
• Excellent organizational, planning and moderation ability.
  
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and good reporting skill.
  

Job Description                                                                 

• Ensuring effective communication with employees to create high employee satisfaction.         
• Conducting regular communication especially with Blue Collar and their leaders & reporting inside mood to management.
  
• Create communication strategies & support application to engage with employees.
  
• Partnership with HR departments in development projects.
  
• Motivation activities planning based on needs.
  
• Experience in metal unions and collective labor agreements processes.
  
• Be able to follow environmental changes and the innovations that concern the employees in the related field.
