University degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineer,
Preferably 3 years of Railway defect warranty experience preferred experiences,
Experience in railway maintenance, construction, inspection, or supervision,
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
Self motivated, teamwork, flexibility and self learning,
Action oriented, attention to details, commitment to excellence,
Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
Very good command of written and spoken English,
Completed military service for male candidates,
Residence in İstanbul Ümraniye.

Key Responsibilities of the Position

1. Defect Cause Analysis & Problem Solving
   -. Identify defect or failure causes and propose effective solutions
   -. Conduct field inspections and analyze technical data
   -. Develop improvement plans to prevent recurrence

2. Understanding of Railway Systems
   -. Basic understanding of rolling stock, signaling, power, track, and facility systems
   -. Familiarity with key railway standards and maintenance processes
   -. Ability to understand technical drawings and system structures

3. Warranty Documentation Skills
   -. Prepare defect reports, action plans, improvement reports, and technical summaries
   -. Document warranty processes clearly and accurately
   -. Create meeting materials and regular progress reports

4. Communication & Coordination
   -. Communicate effectively with operators, contractors, manufacturers, and overseas suppliers (English required)
   -. Coordinate parts claims, technical inquiries, and defect discussions using English when dealing with foreign suppliers
   -. Manage schedules, technical meetings, and issue resolutions
   -. Clearly summarize field issues and share information with all stakeholders

5. Field Response & Safety Compliance
   -. Respond promptly to on-site issues and support troubleshooting
   -. Follow railway safety regulations and workplace safety rules
   -. Understand safe work procedures and risk management requirements
