General Qualifications;

• Graduates from Bachelor's  degree programs at universities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
  
• Fluent in English and Korean are must,
• Ability to effectively use MS Office programs,
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude,
  
• Being able and willing to work in a multi - cultural environment,
• No travel restrictions,
• Ensure high level of confidentiality,
• Familiar to work in multinational teams,
  
• Skills in planning, organization, coordination and time management,
• Residence on the European side of Istanbul.

Job Description;

• Executive Assistant to Managing Director,
  
• Depending on the Managing Director's workflow, supports them and aligns their agenda with the business plan,
• Maintaining meeting notes and passing them on to the appropriate people,
• Assisting executives with daily business activities,
• Managing daily correspondence, e-mail and telephone traffic,
• Preparing meeting presentations and some regular reports,
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements,
• Provide general administrative support,
