WHO ARE WE?

Idea Teknoloji is a software company that offers solutions in two main areas, namely, Operational Business Applications and FinTech. In 2014, Idea Teknoloji received R&D Center Certificate, given to R&D performing private companies, by the Ministry of Science, and Technology under the Programme for Research and Development Activities. Since then we have successfully conducted over 20 projects funded by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), with collaborations from top-tier universities, companies and government offices.

In 2013, Idea Teknoloji became the first e-invoicing service provider in Turkey certified by the Revenue Administration. Pioneering the way in electronic financial applications, we provide e-Document solutions including e-Invoice, e-Ledger, e-Archiving and e-Ticket. These solutions are enriched by data mining based financial forecasting, rule based financial auditing and reporting, fraud and error analysis and regulatory compliance analysis.

In our R&D center we work to develop value added services for CRM and Fintech companies.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Project Lead to drive our initiatives in integrating and applyingLarge Language Models (LLMs) andVision-Language Models (VLMs) for intelligent automation systems. In this role, you willlead a team of software engineers to research, design, and implementmultimodal AI-driven solutions that advance automation and support our users’ decision-making process across our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for leveraging LLMs to improve software development and testing efficiency.
• Encourage experimentation and innovation in the application of LLMs to solve complex problems.
• Develop effective prompts and guidelines for interacting with LLMs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Select appropriate LLM models for specific tasks, such as code generation, testing and documentation.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into existing development workflows and tools

Required Skills and Experience:

• University Degree in Computer Engineering (Other engineering degrees may be considered depending on experience.)
• Deep understanding of NLP fundamentals (NER, QA, summarization, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, orchestration workflows, and agentic system design (tool use, planning, memory, and reasoning).
• Expertise in at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
• Experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and developing agentic workflows and systems.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval frameworks (e.g., OpenSearch, FAISS, Milvus, or Pinecone)
• Experience with post-training and adaptation methods such as supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and knowledge distillation
• Knowledge of model and data efficiency techniques such as pruning and quantization
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methods and metrics (perplexity, BLEU, ROUGE, exact match, or custom evaluation pipelines)
• Knowledge of ML observability and monitoring (Prometheus, MLflow, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience with MLOps workflows, experiment tracking, and CI/CD automation.
• Familiarity with model serving and inference optimization frameworks (vLLM, TGI etc.)
• Experience with secure sandboxed code execution and governance for LLM-driven systems.
• Experience deploying and serving ML/LLM models on bott on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of computer vision and experience with multimodal, vision-language models is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in leading technical teams.
