IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY was established with the partnership of IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey. IHI Dalgakıran is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer of our country. To be assigned at our company’s Kocaeli / Dilovası location;

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of the total experience as a manager. At least 10years of QA/QC experience all quality activities (quality manegement systems,quality control,quality assurance,test laboratories etc.) At least 5 years of the total experience as a manager.
• High level working knowledge of ISO Quality standarts
• Strong communication skills and human relations.
• Having an investigative personlity, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

             MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of QA/QC (quality assurance, quality control, quality managment systems and test laboratories).
• Representing the company professionally with clients, suppliers, and others at all times.
• Effectively managing quality personnel who perform audit, inspection, surveillance and/or testing.
• Preparatain of the managment Review meeting and present it to the top management and related managers.
• Complying with the Company’s Management Systems (Quality, Enviromnet and OHS) policies, carrying out its activities in a  accordance with these policies.
• Examining the Management Systems documents before publishing them and getting them approved.
• Organizing certification activities. Keeping the documentation
• Reviewing the process flow charts with the relevant departments, to make the necessary revisions, to follow the performances of the processes, to initiate corective action in case of negativities.
• Managing the investigation of non-conformance issues.
• Preparation of the technical report and 8Dİf needed.
• Planning and implementing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate internal and external non-compliances.
• Ensuring coordination with the relevant departments in order to initiate process improvement studies in line with their needs and assessments.
• Organizing and participating in internal and external audits.
• Organizing internal audit activities in line with the applied managment systmes, reporting and auditing the results.
• Playing an active role in measuring customer satisfaction and carrying out analiysis studies.
• Playing an active role in measuring customer satisfaction and carrying out analysis studies, following up the product complaints reported by the customers and ensuring that they are notified the customers.
• Monitoring od national and international regulations, laws, standarts, specifications to be followed up and updated when necessary.
