IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY, established through a partnership between IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey, is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer in our countr, continues to grow its commercial team.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is motivated to develop professionally, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Your Role

In this position, you will gradually take ownership of customer accounts while working closely with experienced colleagues.

• Support and manage sales activities throughout the full sales cycle
• Analyze customer needs and contribute to solution development
• Participate in customer visits and technical discussions
• Prepare quotations and commercial documents
• Present product features and business value clearly
• Follow projects from order to delivery
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends
• Prepare regular reports

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Physics Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Approximately 2 years of experience in industrial sales, compressors, or related sectors
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and responsible working style
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid Class B driving license
• Willingness to travel
• Residing in Ankara/İstanbul/Kocaeli
