Purchasing Specialist

1. Candidates with at least good level of English (speaking and writing; preferably at least B2 level in both speaking and writing), communicative personality; low level will be disqualified. Please provide any certificate/license that proves your level of ENGLISH.

2. Preferably be an Engineering faculty graduate

3. To be able to use Microsoft Office programs well, Especially good at Excel and also ERP Programs.

4. Min. 3-4 years of experience in purchasing

5. Open to learning and development, communicative personality

6. Organized, team player and responsible, mature character

7. Preferably the sector with experience in purchasing Plastic / Rubber or White goods / Automotive OEM or sub-industry.

Job Description and offer

Responsible for local and overseas purchasing requirements

• Responsible for monthly reporting activities for goods/goods (Supply Tool and Report)

• Negotiate with L4L suppliers and/or support the Regional Procurement Leader in the negotiation

• Act as primary contact point on manufacturing and materials management

• Maintaining and understanding supplier capabilities, highlighting and resolving potential usability issues arising from demand and/or supplier issues

• Support Labs, Quality and Engineering projects as needed for material availability

• Serve as escalation point for delivery issues – primary contact with supply base for issues, capacity constraints

• Contract Management

• Manage Expired Contracts/Contract/Price List

• Support the Regional Procurement Leader in new contracts

• Supplier selection (on time, cost, quality)

• Data analytics (total cost-based approach).

• Manage Sourcing Project Pipeline

• Supports the manager to send RFQs and collect quotes.

• Supports regional leader and/or global commodity leader in business rewarding.

• Conducts day-to-day execution in accordance with internal procedures and business guidelines with integrity and securing the company's reputation.
