Maintenance Chief

Franklin Electric, the world leader in water and fuel oil pump systems  , has a production facility inTorbalı with Impo Motor Pompa Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.  We are looking for a  ''Maintenance Chief'' with the following qualifications to be assigned to ; 

In line with the expanding transaction volume of our company, in order to direct the maintenance and repair activities of the machine park consisting of machining, metal works and plastic injection looms and the electrical - mechanical infrastructure, which will be assigned to the Factory Directorate in its facility located in Ayrancılar / İzmir;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking part in the field and managing the maintenance team for which he is responsible
• To monitor the productivity of production and production auxiliary machines, equipment, systems and facilities
• To be responsible for all types of infrastructure of the factory, including workbenches, other tools and equipment, electrical and mechanical installations
• Responding to faults
• To make periodic maintenance planning and follow-up
• To be responsible for communication with authorized technical services and the supply of spare parts
• To follow up the assembly, disassembly, transportation, testing, adjustment works of the machines
• To be responsible for the reporting of the studies carried out by the department

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Graduated from Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering departments
• Good command of English
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and production facility
• Have experience in maintenance, repair, planning, fault response and team management
• Experienced in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic
• Has Total Productive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Periodic Maintenance approaches
• Will be able to carry out the technical purchasing needs of the department in coordination with the purchasing and accounting departments
• High organizational ability, planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication ability and persuasion ability
• Has a continuous development approach
• Able to use MS Office programs
• Preferably with experience in the manufacture of pumps and electric motors
• Residing or able to reside in Izmir
