QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND DEPENDENCIES

  • As a key member of the IT Applications Management leadership team, this individual is actively involved in improving the IT applications management function and taking it to top quartile. 
  • Works closely with other solution delivery management team members and common platform management to ensure cross functional effectiveness and efficiency of solutions. 

DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY

  • Approve functional and technical solution approaches. 
  • Determine process and solution direction for the sales and marketing applications portfolio. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Accountable for common platform adoption
  • Understand the process impact on IT Application Management execution and optimize accordingly
  • Manage to Opex and Capex targets through the IT Demand Management and Financial Processes

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Defect count
  • Process application execution productivity
  • Reused services
  • Standards adoption rate
  • SDLC and support process adherence

KEY CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree with specialization in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or the equivalent.
  • Minimum of  5 years of experience in information systems and solution development.  Expertise in business process preferred.
  • Broad IT experience
  • Proficient English written/language skills
  • Management or leadership experience with a background in service management
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering value through IT
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience developing credibility with own staff and customers

Team Building   Working with the President , the Director of the Customer and Customer Service Solution Delivery organization is responsible for creating an organization structure and global staffing model to deliver quality solutions to functional and process business partners in the areas of customer service and support along with ensuring the effective use of customer data across the enterprise.  The organization's goal is to ensure high quality, cost effective design, development, delivery and support of the application solutions that enable business effectiveness, efficiency and success. 
 

  • Creates an open environment focused on quality, value driven solution delivery. 
  • Virtual workforce which supports the Customer Service functions wherever located.
  • Ensures the usage of standard processes to achieve efficiency for design, development, delivery and support functions.
