We are looking for Process Improvement Specialist

Work Description:

As Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the cluster standardization & automation projects through excellent execution and improving the operation capabilities by implementing best practices, benchmarking and continuous improvement programs across NAMET. You will work closely with the country CS & Logistics, global O2C & IT, teams in day-to-day operations and deployment of improvement projects.

Key Accountabilities:

       Collaborate with Global O2C, IT and country CS & Logistics teams for deployment of global & local programs
Create & automate reports for O2C KPIs for value realization
Control that the E2E order to cash process is complete on time and in full according to the business and legal rules
Report any issue within the O2C flows
Analyze root causes and propose process improvements
Prepare documentation required to implement a project, execute & coordinate user acceptance testing and assist users

Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:

• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with little guidance or supervision
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Engineering / MIS or other related departments
• Experience in generating simple and actionable items from complex ideas
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience  
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Highly organized self-starter who can own projects and act with limited 
• Quick learner open to changing and evolving 
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written. French and/or Arabic would be an advantage.
