Position: Sales Support Engineer

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of active sales experience in automation, robotics, or machinery sectors
• Experienced in project sales
• Ability to use 3D design software SolidWorks
• Proficient in technical drawing interpretation
• Effective communication and process management between sales and technical departments
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Systematic and inclined towards planned work, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in communication and sales with domestic and international customers
• No domestic or international travel restrictions
• Ability to adapt to a flexible and intense work pace

Job Description:

• Determine, analyze, and share suitable technological solutions by identifying customer needs and requirements, sharing the necessary configuration with the sales team
• Conduct project and business development activities by conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Answer technical questions from customers during the sales process or direct them to relevant departments
• Report preliminary information and research strategies to department managers to achieve sales target plans
• Prepare technical teams for meetings, presentations, and discussions with customers and participate when necessary
• Prepare quotations intensively, make weekly follow-ups, and reach out to active-potential qualified customers with the allocated budget
