QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reoutable university
• 1 - 5 years of experience in a multinational company and a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Coordination, problem solving, dealing and analytical thinking capabilities
• Excellent planning and organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, flexible who will demonstrate interpersonal sensitivity
• Ensure high level of confidentiality

JOB PROFILE

• Making necessary business and personal planning and coordination in line with the CEO's program
• Keeping the meeting notes of various meetings, especially the Executive Board and the Strategy Board, following up at the implementation level, compiling the information and reports received, and presenting them if necessary.
• Preparing various reports, presentations, research, or providing support in the preparation, if necessary
• Following up the relations with the visual and printed media, preparing and sending the relevant texts for press releases and interviews, supporting, accompanying the presentation of the CEO
• Planning meeting and travel organizations, meeting and hosting the guests
• Helping CEO to do his work effectively and within the optimum time schedule by performing various tasks that the CEO needs and wants from her/him.
