Sales Operations Specialist

Işıklar Ambalaj is seeking a “Sales Operations Specialist” to join our expanding team based in İstanbul/Turkey.

Job Description:

•        Being passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience while fulfilling Sales department’s responsibilities for its customers
•        Responsible for registering and revising the orders in the system,
•        Following up on orders and Inventory Planning permanently,
•        Providing information for our client about the delivery,

•        Able to communicate directly with clients on the status of orders and payments,
•        Responsible for recording, acting upon, and communicating with the client on all complaints received,
•        Guarantee and monitor smooth sales operations procedures,
•        Responsible for regular updates for client information,
•        Responsible for documentation for sales operations,
•        Active support of key & local accounts in in all customers related matter, 
•        Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
•        Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments regarding issues related to process execution and issue resolution

Qualifications:

•      Bachelor's degree in Engineering; preferably Industrial Engineering,
•       Having at least 2 years of experience within the scope of the Sales Operations tasks,
•       Highly self-motivated, self-driven and willing to learn,

•       Affinity to work with figures, business analytics,
•       Knowledge of CRM Systems,
•       Good organizational and planning skills,
•       Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability,
•       Excellent knowledge in all MS Office applications,
•       Fluent in English both verbal and written.
