QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Itameks is one of the top three manufacturers in Europe of automotive interior floor components. As a supplier to 23 global OEM/OES brands, the company holds the IATF 16949 quality certification. Our headquarters are located in Seyrantepe, İstanbul, with production facilities in the Free Trade Zone in Tuzla, İstanbul, and a new global production site currently being established.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage and monitor daily financial transactions, including bank operations and cash accounts.

·        Prepare detailed aging reports and structured weekly payment schedules to support financial planning.

·        Ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.

·        Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

·        Deliver periodic financial reports to management for decision-making support.

·        Plan, monitor and control cash flow, budgets, and cost management processes.

·        Collaborate effectively with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to ensure compliance.

·        Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

·        Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (preferably Logo).

·        Experience with reporting and AI applications is a plus.

·        Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and disciplined working habits.

·        Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·        Upper-Intermediate level English; capable of effective communication in business correspondence, reporting, and meetings.
