We are looking for UI/UX Designers to join our team!

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Experience in designing graphical products by understanding best practices in responsive design, usability and journey strategy
• Working knowledge in user-centered design techniques, MVP, prototyping, personas, wireframes, user flows, process flows
• Experience with web, desktop, mobile and cross-platform design standards
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Balsamiq, InDesign, InVision, Sketch or other visual design and wireframing tools
• Good understanding of core web technologies and guidelines like HTML, CSS, JS, WCAG
• Good understanding of design, drawing, colour, layout, typography, composition, motion graphics, digital art, conceptual ideation, responsive, agile methodologies
• Good understanding at using analytics tools and KPIs used to evaluate the designs
• Ability to work within brand and design guidelines
• Ability to work in international teams
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is a must, German would be an asset
• No restriction for international travel

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement new designs by ensuring a high level of customer experience and satisfaction for our global operations leveraging latest technologies
• Produce creative and easy to use wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows and process flows
• Create UI/UX solutions (screens, icons, transitions, etc.) based on the wireframes and functional descriptions
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitivity and experience
• Create supporting documentation and style guidelines
• Collaborate and work closely with business partners, developers, product owners and product managers throughout the globe and entire solution lifecycle to implement user interfaces into software
• Research latest UI trends, techniques, technologies and design psychology and develop potential scenarios that build on and enhance the existing landscape
