QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will do
- One point of contact for Service technical support. Provide related technical data to RWA teams and customers
- Being a key local support of Regional Warranty Team
- Coordination and providing the required support during finalizing the Warranty projects / start up
- Submitting the claims with the technical documents to Regional Warranty Team
- Following up the warranty claims with Regional Warranty Team and informing & coordinating the local teams for the necessary actions.
- Gathering and submitting the technician time sheet in the system.
- Schedule and provide coordination between service and customer for site inspection and start up process
- Work closely with Service manager to identify new Claims and start ups.
- Work closely with finance and operation to provide quarterly and yearly forecast for warranty and start up projects. Coordinating with sales teams to assure accuracy of forecast.
- Manage service agreement process, provide support for preparing service visit schedule.
- Directly reporting to operations head and dotted line to service manager.

- Reliable, self-motivated, and strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- New graduate or 2-3 years of relevant experience (HVAC is preferred)
