We are looking for a “Legal Counsel” who will be part of JLL Turkey.

What this job involves

• Provide legal consulting to the Company on all sorts of legal issues
• Oversee legal matters such as corporate governance, litigation proceedings, legal notices and government enquiries,
• Identify, minimize and report the legal risks in the respective areas of real estate,
• Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and executing various legal documents,
• Conduct legal research and draft reports, opinions, correspondence and other documents,
• Follow up all legislations and conduct all procedures before relevant authorities,
• Informing the leadership of the company on changes in legislation and their legal consequences,
• Collaborate with global legal and business teams of the company on issues relating to Turkish legislations

• University degree in law, Master of Law degree from a reputable law school is an asset
• Minimum 3 years professional experience as acommercial lawyer or in-house counsel
• Knowledge and experience in Data Privacy and Real-Estate Law ispreferred,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Litigation knowledge and practice is an asset,
• Good computer skills,
• Dynamic, self motivated and teamwork oriented,
• Excellent English and Turkish language skills including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts
• Strong follow-up on multi tasks and analytical skills,
• Possess confidence and cultural awareness to work for a global company
• No military obligation for male candidates
