And now we are looking for a “Production&Planning Engineer” with the following qualifications to be assigned to the production facility in Turkey.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineer,
• Good written and spoken English skills,
• Preferably experienced in automotive sector,
• Team-player, pro-active and solution-oriented way of working,
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and ERP,
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
• Ability to work in an intercultural working environment,
• Machinery planning (line and layout planning, workplace ergonomics)
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Optimization and general improvement of processes and procedures.
• Residence in İzmir

Job Description:

• Managing team members,
• To prepare production plans that will evaluate production resources (labor, material, machinery, etc.) in the most efficient way according to the customer's orders,
• Evaluating the daily-weekly-monthly production results and preparing the necessary reports,
• To analyze the capacity needs and to determine the investment and workforce needs.
• Monitoring product quality and improving quality control processes.
• Following up problems and doing troubleshooting on production area, supervises
• Managing training and developing production team members
• Tracking and reporting maintenance activities,
• Cooperation of related departments and supplier for improvements
• Manages the production technical data (process parameters, fixtures and apparatus).
• Decision-making and escalation rights for all production and cost-relevant decisions
• Ensuring continuity and optimization of production
• Coordinating projects on the manufacturing places as safety, quality, productivity, cost improvement and digital transformation activities
