About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Sales Executive to drive our growth in the automotive sector. In this pivotal role, you will lead our prestigious OEM partnerships and serve as the primary strategic link between global clients and our internal operations. This position offers high visibility, reporting directly to Sales Manager with regular exposure to Senior Leadership.
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Management) or Business Administration.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the Automotive or Automotive Supply Chain sectors.
Deep expertise in OEM account management and complex corporate sales cycles.
Strong background in OEM account management and corporate sales processes.
Advanced level of English (written and verbal) for effective international coordination.
Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with OEM and corporate accounts.
Internal Coordination: Working closely with R&D, Production, and Finance teams to ensure we deliver the best solutions for our clients.
Market Insights: Following industry trends and competitor activities to help shape our sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Process: Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including technical presentations, bidding, and contract finalization.
Reporting: Preparing sales budgets and performance reports for Sales Management and Upper Management review.
