What We Are Looking For?

• University degree from Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering departments,
• Min 3 years experience in Defense and Aerospace industry knowledge is preferable,
• Preparation of production documents,
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing methods and technique,
• Knowledge in 4 axis and 5 axis CNC programming, Siemens NX CAM knowledge is preferable,
• Knowledge in design of manufacturing fixtures,
• Knowledge in GD&T,
• Selection of cutting tools and recording the results,
• Being a team member and having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills,
• Coordination and organization skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Responsibilities

• Monitoring OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on production lines and ensuring necessary actions are taken,
• Reviewing technical drawings, 3D Data and customer specification,
• Reviewing the production methods in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the production,
• Revising the production documents per improved processes,
• Provide coordination and organization in all production area,
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing methods and leadership skills,
• Preparation of instruction and procedure of production.
