QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

About Karpowership 

Karpowership, part of the Karadeniz Holding, is the owner, operator and builder of the only Powership™ (floating power plant) fleet in the world and plays an active role in medium to long-term investments; providing access to fast-track, affordable and reliable electricity. Powerships have a range of 30 MW to 470 MW and are delivered ready to operate in less than 60 days. Currently, Karpowership owns and operates 22 Powerships with an installed capacity exceeding 3,500 MW and another 5,000 MW are under construction or in the pipeline. In addition to a Powership fleet, Karpowership owns and operates its own LNG fleet. With expertise and experience in the field, Karpowership serves as a one-stop-shop for LNG to Power solutions, as a single provider delivering all parts of the value chain; including but not limited to LNG sourcing, transport, delivery, regasification, and electricity production; with the mission of powering life wherever needed. With more than 1600 employees globally; Karpowership is operational in Indonesia, Lebanon, Mozambique, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Gambia, Senegal, Sudan and Cuba.  

To be employed within Corporate Development, we are looking for a “Process Development Assistant Manager” with the following qualifications:

  •        Engineering degree, MBA or masters degree is a plus,
  •         Minimum 5 years of professional experience in process management, project/program management, development, re-engineering and re-design, preferably in the Power generation sector,
  •        Advanced skills at MS Office programs, especially Excel; experience with workflow tools like Visio,
  •        Knowledge and understanding about project management and risk management methodologies,
  •        Operating model design and organizational design expertise,
  •        Understanding of communications industry, as well as general strategy issues and approaches,
  •         Proficiency in written and spoken of English,
  •        Strong communication, influencing, analytical and project management skills,  
  •        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment and collaborating with business units,
  •         Excellent organizational, presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to follow through on numerous projects simultaneously under tight deadlines,
  •         Hardworking, dynamic, self motivated, analytical and teamwork oriented personality to ensure high quality delivery for projects,
  •         Proactive, focus on achievement and highly flexible,
  •         No restrictions for travelling outside of Turkey,
  •         No military obligation for male candidates,


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Corporate Development projects carried out throughout the organization consistent with corporate vision & goals,
  • Providing of departments’ work flows and process maps in accordance with the process evaluation studies to be carried out with the departments,
  • Planning, developing, documenting and updating of work flows and processes,
  • Acting as a Project Leader in setting process and department goals,
  • Preparation of procedures, instructions and forms for the continuity and development of processes,
  • Supporting Integrated Management Systems applications (QDMS, Reporting, Representation),
  • Coordinating process improvement studies,
  • Making reconstruction and improvement projects to increase in process efficiency and effectiveness,
  • Working on definition of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities,
  • Supporting periodic monitoring, reporting, updating and management of improvement activities of KPIs that can measure process objectives,
  • Providing consultancy and operational support for improvement studies on corporate applications (Eba, SAP, QDMS, Success Factors etc.),
  • Establishing the company's process hierarchy with the process owners in accordance with the company's strategic goals, modelling the process workflows,
  • Conducting process audits and supporting business excellence studies.
