ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our company KD Finechem, headquartered in South Korea, operates in the automotive chemicals sector, producing brake fluid, antifreeze, engine oil, and windshield washer fluid.
We have branch offices in China, Slovakia, India, the USA, and Turkey, and we are one of the main suppliers of Hyundai Motor Turkey Plant.
We are a Korean-invested company producing automotive chemical products for the domestic OEM industry and export markets. We are seeking an Operations Support Officer for our Gebze office.
This position involves daily communication in English with our headquarters and overseas business partners. Applications must therefore include an English CV, and interviews will be conducted in English.
Job Description
Production planning — prepare and follow up weekly and monthly production plans
Toll blending management — monitor subcontracted production, calculate raw material requirements, verify processing costs, coordinate on site
Purchasing — issue orders based on stock levels, collect supplier quotations, inspect incoming goods
Inventory management — stock control and month-end physical count
Shipment and logistics — delivery scheduling and domestic shipment execution
Quality documentation — quality records and product traceability
Account management — coordination with and visits to existing customers
ERP data entry and maintenance for the above
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Fluent English (required)
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
ERP experience is an advantage
No restrictions on domestic or international travel (holding a valid passport or able to obtain one)
Valid class B driver's license with active driving ability
Working Conditions
Location: Gebze, Kocaeli (including partner site visits)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; weekends off
Probation: 2 months
