KHS Makine is seeking an experienced and proactiveHuman Resources Manager to lead all HR activities across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional HR processes, ensuring compliance with Turkish labor legislation and KHS corporate standards, supporting management in organizational development, and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can operate both strategically and operationally while building sustainable HR structures in a growing business environment. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, while German language skills are considered a major advantage due to close cooperation with KHS headquarters in Germany.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a Generalist role.
• Experience within an international or matrix organization preferred.
• Experience in small to medium sized company preferred.
• Manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical industry experience strongly preferred.

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor legislation.
• Experience with payroll administration and personnel administration.
• Experience with HR Software
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and recruitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Language Requirements

Mandatory

• Fluent Turkish (written and spoken)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Highly Preferred

• German (written and spoken)
