Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will ensure process control (product by process) and drive continuous improvements in kp manufacturing processes. This person will coordinate the qualification of new ideas, projects, products, processes, equipment, facilities, and innovations within the relevant kp plant. Effective interaction with suppliers, and fellow employees will be key to success. This position will focus on quality improvement work through Root cause failure analysis to reduce the number of customer complaints and internal non-conformances, improvement of process stability and equipment efficiency.

•Give guidance and advise on logical methods of data collecting in manufacturing and administrative areas.

•Identify capital equipment needs for improving output, yield, quality, and safety (validations of equipment and processes)

•Set-up, coordinate and conduct experiments for process improvements in manufacturing

•Participate on equipment selection committee for process capability input.

•Assist Engineering to develop equipment specifications and participate in vendor negotiations where needed.

•Be alert and vigilant for recommendations in the areas of safety and housekeeping.

•Assist manufacturing in writing operational procedures.

•Assist plant management of improvement or deterioration of overall plant equipment/process quality.

•Cooperate with other process engineers/analysts in exchange of ideas, experiments and improvements.

•Cooperate with plant Lean-Team in order to identify and drive the kpCI process (TPM,SPC,SMED, KAIZEN and 5S)

•Green belt sertificated 

• Strong abilities of MS office and SAP knowlegde
