DevOps Technical Product Owner

We are looking for Technical Product Owners to work in the DevOps, Cloud, and Test Automation area. As a Product Owner, you will be part of our cross-functional DevOps team and you will be working simultaneously with the other Product Owners and related Product/Unit Managers.

In this position, you will play an active role in creating a "DevOps" culture that all software developers will adopt, and you will contribute to the digital transformation of the company and its customers with your planning, facilitation, and presentation skills. 

    Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer/Software/Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development or enterprise-level architectures. Ideally in large enterprise environments. (DevOps or Platform Leader experience is a plus)
• Experienced in agile principles and frameworks. (Especially Scrum, Kanban and SAFe)
• Well-developed skills in research, analysis, presentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset. (Development experience is a plus)
• Agile Product Owner certification is a plus.
• Advanced level english is a plus.

       Job Description and Technical Areas

• Being a team member and constantly supporting other team members to achieve the company's long-term goals and strategies.
• Creation and refinement of the necessary user stories with detailed and specific expertise on the business processes
• Continuous documentation of the system and process status as well as improvement and development of process changes
• Close collaboration with other PO’s and stakeholder/supplier management
• Excellent understanding of project/product management, system/software development lifecycle (SDLC) techniques and various industry standard agile practices (DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Ability to work with international teams, stakeholders, or vendors.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools and practices (Azure DevOps Server, Jenkins, GitLab..)
• Operating systems and basic networking knowledge. (Linux knowledge is a plus)
• Work Item Management practices with hands-on experience
• Extensive experience with agile collaboration and product development tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• GIT and GIT workflow knowledge (Feature Branching, Gitflow..)
• Software testing life cycle knowledge and automation with CI tools.
• Test automation experience is a plus. (Selenium, Appium, Katalon, UTF, Cucumber..)
• Building and running containerized applications. Hand-s on experience with container orchestration tools is a big plus (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift..)
• Cloud knowledge. (Azure experience is a plus)
• Configuration management tools knowledge is a plus. (Chef, Puppet, Ansible..)
• Javascript framework knowledge is a plus (NodeJS, Angular, React, VueJS..)
• NoSQL technologies are a plus (ElasticSearch, Redis, Cassandra..)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging practices with tools is a plus (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics..)
• Message queues and brokers knowledge is a plus (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka)
• Microservices Architecture, service mesh and distributed transaction (Logging, Visualizing..) knowledge is a plus.
• Proactively stay up-to-date regarding Cloud platform developments (new features, new enablers, etc.)
