10+ years of sales experience (preferably in logistics or cargo sectors)

Have previous team management experience,

Fluent in English,

Proficiency in MS Office applications,

Knowledge of general sales operations,

Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge,

Having strong persuasion skills and get used to working with deadlines,

Coupled with a dynamic approach to sales,

Analytical and result oriented personality,

Active Driver-B Class,

No restriction to travel.

Job description:

Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base, and develops strategies to penetrate those markets,

Customer relationship management with existing corporates,

Presenting shipping services promotion,

Determining, forwarding and follow-up customers price offers,

Follow up contract period of customer and completing contract process for new period along,

Creating after-sale customer growth plans and demand forcasts,

Support actions to reach the revenue and profit targets and prepare sales reports to top management.
