QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

KOTRA(Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency), as Korean government organization, is promoting trade and investment between Korea and Turkey. 

KOTRA is seeking secretary(receptionist) as below.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests/clients to the office

- Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary

- Provide general administrative support (overall administrative help to run the office)

- Serving Tea & Coffee to Guests

Qualifications:

- Turkish and English is a must, other languages welcome

- Good phone and interpersonal skills

- Be enthusiastic and dependable

- Positive attitude and willing to learn

o Terms and Conditions 

- Term of Contract : 1 year 

- Salary                     : Negotiable (Based on qualifications, work experience)
