QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Minimum 3 years of business analysis / product ownership / user acceptance testing experience especially in e-commerce or e-retail areas.
· A deep understanding of sector dynamics and ability to bring viable approaches to user experience and product development areas.
· Technical engineering background is preferred
· Strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
· Sound problem solving ability (this person will need to be able to ask the right questions and put pieces of the puzzle together between business and development teams)
· Experience supporting/rolling out initiatives to business teams
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
· Strong influencing skill across business functions; confidence to share difficult messages and defend decisions and make judgement calls
· Ability to justify prioritization of multiple deliverables
· Strong knowledge in information technology architecture components, principles, procedures and practices
· Knowledge of web applications, databases, SQL, Hybris, SAP and Java

· Communicating the vision and goals for a project, and supporting the agile team through the achievement of the goals
· Facilities coordinating and generating user story maps, epics and user stories for release and project planning
· Conduct meetings with all business levels to communicate new initiatives, features and rollout of new products and services
· Facilities and leads discussion with technology teams and business users to define user stories and acceptance criteria through user story workshops
· Provides guidance to deliver demonstrable projects of incremental value
· Champion adoption of new features, products, services and processes
· Translates newly defined business needs, enhancements, or changes into new user stories
· Through the definition of business and system-level personas, provides different perspectives for same problem, situation or workflow
· Backlog Management, including creation, prioritization, and facilitation of grooming sessions
· Interacts with support and technology teams answering their questions and helping to remove roadblocks
