GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Kros Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. traces its roots back to REPKA Kauçuk, which was established in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ in 1990 to manufacture rubber-based hoses for the automotive industry. Since 1996, the company has been supplying rubber hoses to OEM customers. In response to changing customer expectations and market demands, Kros Otomotiv transformed its product portfolio and manufacturing systems. Since 2002, the company has specialized in the production of fluid transfer systems for OEM customers while also serving Tier-1 suppliers operating in the automotive industry.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Management position within the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, and VDA 6.3 standards, with Internal Auditor certification.

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in quality control methods applicable to automotive manufacturing processes.

• Experience in Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Incoming Quality processes.

• Advanced proficiency in English or German.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• No restrictions on domestic or international business travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define, implement, and continuously improve quality processes, organizational structure, authorities, and responsibilities while leading teams to achieve process objectives.

• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) and quality control processes in accordance with corporate objectives and international standards.

• Establish quality objectives aligned with company strategies and monitor their performance.

• Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System.

• Take an active role in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities.

• Lead and oversee System Quality, Product Quality, Process Quality, Customer Quality, and Supplier Quality functions, ensuring effective audits and timely corrective actions.

• Manage customer complaints and internal scrap reduction activities by ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.

• Monitor and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

• Manage Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection activities.

• Manage Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and calibration processes.

• Oversee Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Control Plan (CP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) processes.

• Organize, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System activities.

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation within the scope of responsibility.
