IT Infrastructure Engineer

Kuartis is looking for talented and energetic IT Infrastructure Engineers with a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a relevant degree, who will be mostly dedicated to intra-company infrastructure management. What You’ll Be Doing 

• Manage the IT infrastructure of the company (installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of tools and systems) 

• Manage hardware and software assets  

• Support IT procurement tasks 

• Maintain product and company websites (domain and host management, CMS installation etc.)  

• Gather regular data/statistics of platforms for future capacity and demand planning  

• Document accomplished work 

• Have the mindset to explore further and think on the improvement of the systems in any way 

What We Need to See 

• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash) 

• Hands-on experience with IT hardware & software 

• Experience in system administration tasks in Linux and Windows 

• Experience with network administration and TCP/IP networking 

• Passion for new technology and commitment to learning new skills 

• Good documentation skills 

• Excellent command of English 

Ways To Stand Out from the Crowd 

• Experience in network-attached storage servers (e.g. Synology)  

• Experience in network security and data protection 

• Experience in configuration management of version control tools (SVN, Git, etc.)  

• Experience in project management tools both as user and administrator (Redmine, Jira, etc.)  

• Programming knowledge
