As a Risk Control Specialist at KuCoin Turkey, you will take a strategic role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all business operations. You will design and implement robust risk management frameworks, oversee cryptocurrency trading processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership, you will monitor emerging risks, conduct data-driven analyses, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company’s risk posture. Your expertise will help drive sustainable growth while maintaining KuCoin's reputation for security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assess and report the company’s operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Monitor cryptocurrency trading processes to ensure security and compliance.
• Develop innovative methods to enhance risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MASAK, SPK).
• Conduct data-driven analyses to support risk evaluation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management and control processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency industries.
