Job description
Kuvars Makina is now looking for dynamic, young, and ambitious Sales Engineer to cover our İstanbul and Ankara territory.
She/He will be responsible mainly from all sales activities of the Kuvars products such as rock drilling tools, utility vehicles for underground mines, surface drilling rigs and spare parts.
Mission
The successful candidate has a mission and responsibilities to:
- Maximize the sales of products to current and new customers.
- Responsible create RDT distributors in the territory to maximize the sales of RDT products.
- Effectively manage and grow these businesses in respected area, through structured territorial sales.
- To identify, seek and secure new opportunities, applications, and customers.
- To benchmark and report our market position including competitors and nominate new profitable areas according to reporting tools given by manager.
- Maintain regular customer visits to establish requirements and ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times. This requires good communication and relation with administration and service departments.
- Ensure all enquiries and orders received are managed promptly and in an efficient manner, issue technical and commercial proposals.
- Increase market share in the assigned territory.
Experience requirements
- Previous experience in Sales & Marketing environment is a plus.
- Preferably good understanding of Construction and Mining applications and customer segment.
- The ability to express ideas, send, receive, and exchange information clearly.
- Able to identify alternatives to current thinking; ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to problems.
- Able to promote, develop and maintain a positive culture throughout the organisation and to improve its performance.
- Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results.
Knowledge
- Good command of Turkish and English languages
- Good knowledge of computer
Educational requirements
The successful candidate should have a University Degree, preferably in Civil, Mining or Geology Engineering.
Personality requirements
- To be able to work site environment and accept heavy travelling.
- Will have an exceptional communication skill both written and oral
- Flexible approach to work and willing to work in flexible working hours
- Excellent organisation skills plus good business leadership
- Self-starter, sales driven results- oriented with a positive approach and a clear focus on high quality sales
- Customer satisfaction & loyalty and business profit.
- Competent and confident; ability to adapt to company culture in order to achieve results and maintain effectiveness & efficiency.
