Site Manager / Construction Manager

We are seeking a visionary, leadership-oriented, and experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to join our team for our upcoming international Superstructure Projects, undertaken by our company, which operates prestigious international construction projects.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
• At least 10 years of experience in site management / construction management on large-scale international building projects, specifically5-star luxury hotels or residential developments,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Thorough technical, operational, and detail-level command of structural works, interior fit-out, facade systems, landscaping, and infrastructure execution,
• Expertise in organizing site production, scheduling resources (labor, machinery, materials) in alignment with the master project schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project),
• Direct experience in managing international QA/QC and HSE standards and their on-site implementation,
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to lead and manage multicultural site teams, subcontractors, and direct labor on international sites,
• Capability to work under an expat status with no travel or relocation restrictions.

Job Description

• Ensuring all structural, architectural, and interior fit-out activities on-site are executed in compliance with the schedule, budget, approved shop drawings, and quality standards,
• Planning daily, weekly, and monthly site production targets, and coordinating site execution to ensure subcontractors and internal teams meet these goals,
• Personally monitoring the execution of interior fit-out and decorative works to guarantee the exceptional craftsmanship and detail quality required by luxury hotel standards,
• Coordinating architectural, structural, surveying, and MEP disciplines on-site to resolve potential clashes with practical, time-saving technical solutions,
• Providing the project management team with regular and transparent reports regarding site progress, resource demands, material delivery statuses, and potential delay risks,
• Ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules are implemented on-site without compromise, leading by example for all site personnel,
• Coordinating with the Technical Office and QA/QC teams to review, verify, and approve subcontractor progress payments, quantity measurements, and handover/acceptance stages of completed works.
