What you will build:
- Build and lead the regional vegetable business, with full responsibility for growth, performance and market position in the short and mid term.
- Translate BU strategy into market impact, setting clear priorities, making decisions and driving execution across the region.
- Build, inspire and empower a high-performing commercial organization, where strong leadership, accountability and talent development drive results.
- Connect Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Customer Service into one integrated commercial engine that accelerates growth and strengthens the KWS Vegetables brand.
- Represent KWS Vegetables externally, building networks, reputation and long-term business opportunities across the region.
- Ensure legal, compliance and governance requirements are met, keeping operations solid, well organized and risk-compliant.

What you bring:
- A university degree in agriculture, business, economics or a related field.
- Proven commercial leadership experience in the international vegetable seed industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and profit responsibility.
- A clear track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, able to turn strategy into pragmatic action in complex environments.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and Turkish (written and spoken).
