Installation Specialist (Şantiye Şefi)

(Aluminum Glass Facade & Light steel structural systems)

 Libart designs and fabricates unique operable architectural systems for architects and builders around the world.   Libart is a Turkish company, located in Beylikdüzü – Istanbul.  In addition, Libart systems are also manufactured in the USA, UAE and Australia, with installation in over 40 countries.

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate and execute installation of Libart projects in national and international markets.
• Execute programs and ensure best practices for all levels of operation,
  • Safety
  • Strong understanding of aluminum systems, façade design, manufacturing & installation details.
  • Strong planning and execution skills to deliver on time, in budget, quality.
  • Whilst maintaining highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver performance feedback to subordinates; execute effective KPI programs to improve overall performance.
• Must be able to prepare Method Statement, internationally accepted site, building and documentation standards, all the way to As-Built and site delivery procedures.
• Ensure the quality of installation at Libart standards and coordinate site teams with this aspect.
• Reporting each phase of installation including site preparations.
• Handing over the project to the clients on time and within the budget.  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, additional training in Project Management is a plus
• Min 3 years installation coordination and site experience preferably internationally

·         Must have very good knowledge of MS Project, Office and AutoCAD programs.

• Candidate must be a leader by example, a good negotiator and have conflict management & strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates.
• Available to travel abroad and stay up to 15 days in a row.
• Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul, preferably near Beylikdüzü – Istanbul.
