Liberty Automotive is a leading company specializing in the restoration of classic Land Rover Defender vehicles. With our headquarters in the United States, our company is renowned for its dedicated team and customer-centric approach. In this unique position within our company, we are seeking a Production Merchandiser who will be responsible for leading a team of 13 talents in the interior design department.

Qualifications:

• Obsession with perfectionism!!!!
• At least a bachelor's degree in interior design, engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English and the ability to use office programs at an advanced level, prepare presentations, and possess analytical skills.
• Ability to work in stressful environments and adapt to flexible working hours.
• Mastery in high-level customer relationship management.
• Ability to take responsibility and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

Additional Responsibilities of the Manager:

• Managing the entire process from order receipt to product delivery in line with customer expectations.
• Monitoring the timely production and loading according to the schedule.
• Researching all materials required for production, determining technical and visual details, planning demand, and overseeing production and shipment tracking.
• Collaborating with master craftsmen to prepare production plans.
• Researching new products and accessories for R&D activities.
