Our journey, which spans nearly a century, began with a weaving facility established by the Öğücü family in 1930. By the early 2000s, we had experienced continuous growth, becoming one of Turkey’s largest integrated yarn facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, master degree is preferred,
• At least 5-8  years of experience in learning and development process  in production, FMCG etc
• Designing and establishing Blue and White Collar Functional Academies and Leadership Development & Academy
• Good command of MS Office Programs,
• No restrictions for travelling,
• Strong organization & communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
• Self-starter, proactive, innovator and result oriented,
• Experienced in LMS platforms,
• English ability is a plus,

Job Description

• Following the legal & technical development training processes with the Factory Learning & Development Unit.
• Developing executive and all level leadership development, and coaching and mentorship programs,
• Manage the Internal Trainer Program and follow their development process,
• Managing and planning Lila Academy, onboarding & orientation process, in class training process,
• Producing learning solutions according to the defined quality standards,
• Defining training needs and developing learning & development process,
• Managing and designing training content with suppliers & consulting companies,
• Building strategic partnerships with Talent Management Unit,
• Designing and establishing Functional Academies (Production, FMCG etc.)
• Develop Lila Academy online programs on LMS platform,
• Reporting & measuring Learning & Development Unit OKR and planning necessary actions,
• Following the legal & technical development training processes with the Factory Learning & Developmen Unit.
